RETURNS ON PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PRODUCED ON SERIES -

JUST COMPLETE THE CONTACT FORM FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ENTER YOUR FULL NAME, YOUR MAIL, YOUR ORDER NAME.

  2. IN THE SUBJECT SECTION, SELECT MY RETURN.

  3. IN THE REQUEST SECTION, PLEASE TELL US THE REASONS OF YOUR RETURN.

WE WILL REGISTER YOUR REQUEST AND NOTIFY YOU IN ORDER TO START THE RETURN PROCESS.

IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITION :

  • THE RETURN MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

  • THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED CONDITION.

  • THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING. 

UPON RECEPTION, INSPECTION AND QUALIFICATION OF THE RETURN, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRODUCTS COMING FROM ATELIEROCLM ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN POLICY, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE PERSONALIZED (ACCORDING TO THE TEXT OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL).

REFUNDS -

THE COSTS OF RETURN REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER, AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

WE ALWAYS TRY TO PROCESS REFUNDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER EXTRA TIME MAY APPLY DURING SALES OR HOLIDAY PERIODS.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HAMON LAW (ARTICLE L221-18 OF THE CONSUMER CODE.). RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED ACCORDING TO THE METHOD OF PAYMENT USED FOR THE PURCHASE.

EXCHANGES -

THERE IS NO EXCHANGES SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY REVIEWED YOUR ORDER BEFORE FINALISING YOUR PURCHASE. 

YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS AND ORDER A NEW PRODUCT.
